Managed POTS replacement costs $40 per month for up to 2 lines, $70 per month per 8-line device on a wired circuit, or $90 per month with 5G/LTE transport, plus a one-time $149 install per site. An eight-line building runs $70 per month against roughly $760 for the same lines on copper.
